This place suits me perfectly with free wifi in public areas, an outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff who helped me with printing during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the canoeing! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with arrangements. The jungle atmosphere is enchanting, and the restaurant offers stunning views of the hills while serving delicious meals.
The pool could use more frequent cleaning, and noise levels can rise with larger groups, detracting from the tranquil ambiance.

the property is quite run down, my room was dirty, with spider webs everywhere. i expected at least a room upgrade for the inconvenience. staff is unhelpful and rude, leaving me to fend for myself with heavy bags. absolutely no wifi in the room was a big letdown too, honestly can't recommend this place. so disappointing.

beautiful garden with flowers, jungle vibes, comfortable basic bungalows
The showers could be hot or cold, which can be quite frustrating!!! The late-night bar music is a bit annoying if you want peace!!! No WiFi in the rooms is a bit outdated!!!

Loved the clean Double Room with Garden View. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly during the hot afternoons. Enjoyed mornings on the little terrace, soaking in the jungle sounds. Breakfast had a decent selection, though some variety would’ve been nice. The pool area was a great spot to relax after exploring. Booked tours through the hotel, including an overnight lake trip, which were fantastic. On the downside, staff could be more welcoming at times, and the bathroom had some issues with water pooling. Although there were some mosquitoes, the nets provided helped keep them at bay, but I noticed gaps in the doors that could let some in. Monkeys visiting the property added a fun touch but made me cautious about leaving doors open.

We booked several excursions, including hiking and canoeing, which were super fun. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was helpful in setting everything up. Enjoyed hanging by the pool after our adventures. The onsite tour desk made it easy to explore the area.
However, the two-day tour we booked was disappointing, with issues like a bathroom where water was running in from the roof and a lack of proper windows.
